Our mission is to empower volunteers to ignite positive change in their communities through compassionate outreach across vital causes — from supporting youth and veterans to protecting the environment, caring for animals, aiding the homeless, uplifting the elderly, and working directly with affordable housing apartment communities. Together, we are building stronger, more connected communities where every ripple matters.

Ripple 2 Wave Foundation 2025 Impact Recap

2025 was a powerful year of growth, service, and impact for Ripple 2 Wave Foundation, especially considering we officially began just months ago. In this video, we reflect on the early ripples that quickly became waves as our volunteers, partners, and supporters came together to serve communities through clean ups, mobile wellness kit distributions, youth events, seasonal drives, and community centered outreach across multiple cities.


From hands on projects to large scale events, every effort was fueled by compassion, consistency, and a shared commitment to making a difference. This recap highlights the people, the moments, and the impact that have defined our beginning, proving that when community comes together, real change happens. And this is only the start. Thank you to every volunteer, partner, and supporter who helped turn vision into action. We look forward to continuing to build even bigger waves of impact together.

1st Waves Of Joy Drive Thru Workshop In Phoenix

Ripple 2 Wave Foundation volunteers in Phoenix, alongside Crisco’s Kids and JJO Charities, hosted the 1st Waves of Joy Drive Thru Workshop in Maryvale, transforming community support into holiday impact. Together, we collected and distributed 1,200+ toys, 1,000 PetSmart stuffed animals, 10 bikes, and festive items to registered families, exceeding our goal of 1,000 toys. Thanks to powerful community partnerships, remaining toys were donated to four additional toy drives, extending the joy even further. Proof that when community comes together, joy multiplies—this was more than an event, it was an experience.

Fall Garden Project with Alhambra Preschool Academy 2025

 Ripple 2 Wave Foundation volunteers in Phoenix refreshed the garden at Alhambra Preschool Academy during their Fall Garden Festival, pulling weeds, adding soil, and replanting 5 vegetable and 7 flower planters. Thanks to community support—including over 8 bags of soil donated by The Home Depot—families enjoyed hands-on activities, games, and seasonal fun. Each child went home with seeds, fall-themed goodies, and a PetSmart stuffed animal. This impact was made possible by the school community, our dedicated volunteers, and was beautifully captured by D. Tillery Photography.

What an incredible time at our Launch Party! 🌊 More than a celebration—it was the start of a movement. The First Ripple: A Community Clean-Up In Action

🌊 The waves of change are in motion! Ripple 2 Wave Foundation's first outreach project is done, and the ripples have officially started.    Huge thank you to all the amazing volunteers who showed up and showed out. Your time, energy, and heart made a difference.  Cleaning up our streets isn’t just about trash, it’s about pride, connection, and creating a safer, healthier community for everyone. This is what change in action looks like. 🙌🏽

Ericka brings expertise in strategy, fundraising, and health equity. She also serves as CEO of Hope Family Care Center and Co-Chair of AZ Health Services' HIV Advisory Group.

Her passion lies in advancing care access and creating programs for underserved communities.
